We reserve the right to alter your description, title, or change your category to maintain the desired look of the directory. Your listing will remain in the directory as long as you maintain a reciprocal link back to SWCreations Jewelry. The express link submissions are a service and not a contract once your listing has been added you will not receive a refund. Your website is automatically checked for a reciprocal link, if one is not found your website will be removed. If you should ever change the location of the reciprocal link or your website address please update your information as soon as possible. There must be a link from your main page to your Links Page so it can easily be found by customers. Links no longer active will be removed from the directory. Websites We Will Not List
-Websites listed at free or shared servers will not be included in the directory, such as URLs located at; tripod, homestead, rubylane, etc... Although if you have an actual domain address and point it to your shared server domain your website will be considered. Visit godaddy.com to get your own domain name for less than $10. No links will be provided to internal pages.
-Websites containing nudity will not be listed unless it is the form of art, case by case basis.
If you have excessive pop up windows your site will not be added to the directory, if they annoy me they surely annoy customers. If your website is under construction it will not included in the directory. Please double check your information, email, banner URL, etc... and update this information right away if it changes.
Free Link Exchanges are based on approval, you will be notified if ONLY if you are approved.
Updates:
No additional charges for a maximum of 3 updates per year.
Free Basic Link Partners will be reviewed in 3-12 weeks. You will not be notified if your submission is rejection.
We reserve the right to increase our rates based upon increases in traffic. A link partner listing may be removed if the information is not updated for a domain change or if a reciprocal link is removed. A link partner may be removed if we find our text, graphics, or jewelry designs on your website. If your contact information changes and we can not contact you regarding your listing your link may be removed. It is your responsibility to keep the information updated and current. If your site is rejected you will not be notified. |
